All product listings, services, and visual content displayed on our website or through proposals are intended as an invitation to offer. When you place an order or confirm a service engagement, you are submitting an offer to us, which is subject to review and acceptance.

Order confirmation emails, messages, or communications from us do not signify final acceptance. Cubicle Cure reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any offer at our discretion—whether in full or in part. The offer is only deemed accepted once we initiate execution, such as production, packaging, or shipment.

We may require additional verification or clarification before processing certain orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery and recipient details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, and other secure third-party gateways. All payments are subject to the respective terms and conditions of the payment service providers used.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to fulfill and deliver all orders based on the schedule agreed upon during confirmation. The timeline may vary depending on service complexity, customization levels, quantity, and delivery location.

We offer:

  • Standard Delivery: Included in most service packages.
  • Time-Sensitive or Fixed-Slot Delivery: Available at an additional cost, visible at checkout or during proposal finalization.

While we make every effort to meet preferred delivery windows, all times are estimates and non-binding.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Weather disturbances
  • Vendor or logistic issues

In such cases, we will notify you via email, SMS, or direct communication.

Deliveries are attempted once unless otherwise stated in writing. The following scenarios are considered successful delivery attempts, and no refunds or redeliveries shall be made:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Premises closed
  • Delivery refused by recipient
  • Alternate delivery accepted by a security guard, receptionist, or neighboring individual (if previously approved)

Due to the nature of our business (customization, packaging, and personalization), no refunds are provided once an order has been confirmed and processed.

If there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of the delivered products/services, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis for potential remediation or replacement.

4.1 Domestic Delivery Timelines

Custom and bulk orders generally require a 5–15 business day turnaround, depending on complexity and location. This will be communicated clearly during project initiation.

4.2 Dispatch

Dispatch timing is confirmed once design, payment, and recipient details are finalized.

5. Cancellations

Once an order has been approved (via email or written communication), we are unable to accommodate cancellations due to the custom nature of our offerings. In special cases where production hasn’t started, cancellation may be considered with applicable deductions for administrative or processing fees.
