Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Cubicle Cure. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or modify orders at our sole discretion, including due to stock availability, inaccuracies, or technical errors.

Upon confirmation, our team will process and fulfill your order in accordance with the details provided.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products and services, returns are not accepted. However, in the event that an item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the issue.

You may choose from the following resolutions:

  1. Re-delivery of the corrected product
  2. A full refund
  3. Refund to the original payment method (Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect)

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the product
  • Complaints raised beyond the timeframes mentioned below

Note:

  • Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Complaints related to non-delivery must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We may require a reverse pickup of the product for inspection before processing any re-delivery.
  • No product exchanges are allowed.

  • Delivery to remote or restricted areas may require additional time.
  • The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is processed.
  • We may reach out to confirm delivery details or resolve any delivery issues.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the product may be left with a receptionist, colleague, or security, as instructed.

We consider an order as fulfilled in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong shipping address provided
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Premises locked or inaccessible
  • Recipient refuses to accept the order

We recommend placing high-volume or event-related orders at least 7–10 business days in advance to avoid delays.

Delivery via Courier Partners

Some products or kits may be shipped via third-party courier services. In such cases:

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary.
  • Our courier partners typically do not call before delivery. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address.
  • Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or public holidays are outside our control.
  • Once dispatched, we provide tracking information for courier-based deliveries.

We consider the order delivered in the following cases:

  • Delivery address incorrect
  • Recipient unavailable or refusing delivery
  • Delivery attempts failed
